They Finally See It -- and still are blind
After more than two years of my famine alerts and then warnings, the topic goes mainstream. Far too late. But anyway...
And naturally they blame Russia. The famines were coming. The war is additive, but conditions already were set for serious trouble. And then, instead of doing everything possible to avoid war in Ukraine, fools decided to have a massive fight.
Rule of thumb: If you are waiting for the MSM to serve as trip wire or starting gun, you've already been lapped several times.
Amazing that two friends who made careers as intelligence analysts STILL don't see it coming. One told me she will be fine because she still buys in local markets. Good luck with that. Another friend, not from the intelligence world but very successful, told me she will be fine because she is a vegetarian. These are educated people.
This will be a tough education for some.
Meanwhile, some members of the EU appear to be trying to cut their own energy-throats. Russia is still selling fuels yet EU members are insistent that Europeans hold their breath until Russia dies.
Watch the weakest members like Greece, Italy, Portugal. When they collapse the gig is up.
